2) Consultation and Basic Design. $150 for 1 hour consultation and basic bathroom design. If you need more room in your current bathroom, but can’t move walls, or if you are planning to keep the same bathroom configuration as you have right now (tub or shower, toilet and vanity all stay exactly where they current are located), but you want to update the bathroom to meet your current physical needs and make it beautiful, too, then this package is perfect for you.
The basic bathroom design includes your product and material suggestion list and costs, as well as a suggested labor cost and 3 qualified contractor referrals in your area.

3) Consultation, Basic Design and Computer Generated Pictures*. $300 for 1 hour consultation, basic room design with 5 computer generated perspective pictures (one picture per wall and one overhead). Included are the product and material suggestion list and costs, as well as a suggested labor cost and 3 qualified contractor referrals in your area.
You’ll be able to see your new bathroom to be sure it is exactly what you want, the products and materials that will used and it will provide information that is bid ready for any contractor to do the work for you.

4) Consultation, Advanced Design and Computer Generated Pictures*, complete written Presentation package including full definitions and explanations of all the products, materials, construction and installation tips, cleaning and warranty information, product and materials suggest cost list, suggested labor cost and 3 qualified contractor referrals in your area and my online downloadable book, “Just Add Water”. $550
This is the ultimate design package, full of tips and information for your remodeling project.

Because of ever changing building codes, our designs are completed to be best of our knowledge.
